Where is my order?
All in-stock, non-preorders will be filled within 10 business days of being placed (not including weekends or holidays).
Orders are packed and shipped in Las Vegas, NV. Shipments are made via trackable service. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.

What is a pre-order?
We ship new editions of The Sunset Box four times a year, so a pre-order is any order made in advance of those scheduled shipments. (A non-pre-order, by contrast, would be an order for the most recently shipped box.)
When will my pre-order ship?
We ship pre-orders four times a year—November, February, May, and August—and generally at the end of those months. You’ll get an email when the box is on its way!
